Full Phase New Construction Inspection (Start-to-Finish) Our Full Phase Inspection Package provides complete oversight of your new construction home from start to finish. This bundled service includes inspections at each critical stage of the build: Pre-Slab Inspection – Conducted before the concrete is poured to evaluate site preparation, grading, and foundational components. Pre-Drywall Inspection – Performed before drywall installation to assess framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while they are still visible. Final Inspection – Completed when construction is finished to evaluate the home’s overall condition, systems, and functionality prior to closing. This comprehensive approach helps identify issues early, ensures proper installation throughout the build process, and provides you with the confidence that your home is built safely and correctly. What to Expect After Booking: Once you schedule your inspection online, your request will be promptly reviewed. A licensed home inspector will contact you by phone and email to confirm your appointment. You will receive a Home Inspection Agreement, which must be signed prior to the first inspection.
